The perfect place for your family's care.

Our mouths are home to millions of bacteria. Many of them are harmless, and some are even beneficial. But some are toxic to our bodies, and the waste they leave behind can cause tooth decay, bleeding gums, and periodontal disease.

Periodontal disease is a chronic gum infection that has no cure and must be continuously managed through frequent professional cleanings and a dedicated home care routine. It is the leading cause of non-accident-related tooth and bone loss.

You may be tempted to ignore or postpone treatment for a small cavity or gingivitis. But, if left untreated, these minor issues can eventually cause pain and tooth loss and end up costing more money to fix than if the problem had been treated when it was small.

Untreated dental issues create a complex cycle of inflammation and infection that might affect more than your gums and mouth. Research continues to uncover the many ways that our oral health affects the overall health of our bodies, including arthritis, heart health, increased risk of stroke, diabetes, and even some types of cancer.

Here are a few tips to help keep your mouth healthy between professional check-ups:

  • Brush for at least two minutes, twice a day, and floss at least once a day. An electric toothbrush, proxabrushes, or a Waterpik can help you clean your teeth more thoroughly between professional exams.
  • Rinse your toothbrush thoroughly and replace it every three months.
  • Drink sugar-heavy liquids through a straw: A straw helps keep sugar from bathing the teeth directly before swallowing.
  • Drink water after eating a meal: Water helps clean larger deposits of food from your teeth. Plus, we all could use a little more hydration!
  • Get cavities treated immediately: Cavities rarely hurt until they reach a critical stage.
  • See your hygienist regularly: The risk of critical dental problems diminishes significantly if you’re visiting us twice a year or more, depending on your existing oral health.

Patients that make preventive dentistry an important part of their life typically enjoy fewer dental visits and expenses over time than those who wait for emergencies to develop.

Family Dentistry

Teen's Dentistry

Parents know that teen years present unique challenges. When it comes to dental health, rapid changes influence adolescents moving into adulthood. Cavity activity can suddenly accelerate with more independence in food and drink habits. Concurrently, oral hygiene activity sometimes becomes inconsistent. A good partnership with our team can set your teen up for a lifetime of benefits.

Adult's Dentistry

Sometimes dental problems follow otherwise healthy people through life. Understanding the causes behind dental disease can eliminate the frustration that builds as teeth deteriorate. Creating a customized preventive routine can leave you looking forward to the good news at your dental visits.

Sealants

Deep crevices run across the chewing surface of molars. Even though a toothbrush can skim across these surfaces, the narrow grooves trap bacteria beyond the bristles. Cavities may form and end up abscessing without warning, destroying valuable tooth structure. Protecting the grooves with a bonded sealer might be worth exploring.

Ortho Screenings

Gum disease is the leading cause of tooth loss in adults. But it doesn’t have to ruin your smile. A targeted, strategic cleaning schedule and a dedicated home care regimen can help keep this chronic condition under control.

We love our patients.
They love our care and service.

I have been a patient of Dr. Linh since he bought the practice from the previous dentist, Dr. Griffin. Dr. Linh was on the faculty at his Alma Mater, the University of Washington, before moving to DFW. I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Linh and his staff. I felt some pain one day and he saw me right away. Turns out I had a tooth crack from age and he said the crack went deep into the tooth. Luckily he saw me right away and was able to save the tooth and add a crown. Even my wife, who is hard to please, left her dentist of 15 years because Dr. Linh is so wonderful. If you are looking for a great dentist, go see him. I tease him all the time saying “I only like you because you have skinny fingers”. But really, you won’t be disappointed.

I am thrilled to share my exceptional experience with Dr. Linh Nguyen and his entire staff. Initially, I sought their services for a deep cleaning, but I was so impressed that I've decided to make him our permanent family dentist. Dr. Linh is incredibly thorough, compassionate, and informative. His expertise and caring demeanor were evident during the comprehensive examination for my daughter, husband and myself. The staff took the time to explain every aspect of our dental health and proposed clear, manageable treatment plans for each of us. Their professionalism and the friendly atmosphere of the entire clinic have won over my whole family. I highly recommend Dr. Linh for anyone seeking top-notch dental care and a trustworthy healthcare provider.
